DJ Rocktonik (Carlos Mendez) has been DJing for over 20 years and founded Rocktonik DJ & Media Service in 2005. After performing at clubs, venues, radio stations, and festivals across Chicago, he shifted his focus in the 2010s toward private events, where he continues to thrive today. You can still catch him occasionally at local venues and festivals—his most recent residency was at Tavern on Rush, which concluded in March 2020 and recently has dj'd at House of Blues Chicago for concert afterparties.

Known for his charisma and ability to read any crowd, DJ Rocktonik brings an energy and vibe that elevates every event. In addition to DJing, he frequently serves as a host and emcee, collaborating with other top DJs in the area. He also works full-time in media, bringing a high level of professionalism and production expertise to every performance.

DJ Rocktonik is available for events throughout Chicago, the suburbs, Southern Wisconsin, and Northwest Indiana. Planning something farther away? Let’s talk—he has performed for clients in Texas, California, and New York City.
